《时间的诠释》 是一场关于工艺、时间与风味的深度探索。

这一次,天一茗茶将开启部分多年私人珍藏,邀请资深媒体人、茶文化研究者 曾至賢老师,共同带领两场以老茶为主题的品鉴茶席。

透过珍稀茶品、系统性的比较品鉴,以及丰富的茶文化分享,我们将一同探索:工艺如何塑造风味,时间又如何赋予一片茶新的生命。

For traditionally charcoal-roasted Wuyi Rock Tea and vintage Hong Kong-stored Pu'er, there may never be a single answer.

INTERPRETING TIME is an intimate exploration of craftsmanship, time and flavour.

For this special weekend, Ten Yee Tea opens a selection from its private collection and welcomes veteran media professional and tea culture researcher Tseng Chih-Hsien to lead two immersive tasting sessions.

Through rare teas, comparative tastings and thoughtful conversation, participants are invited to discover how craftsmanship shapes a tea—and how time continues its story.

Traditional Charcoal-Roasted Wuyi Rock Tea

精选不同年代的传统炭焙武夷岩茶,包括一款由 姚月明老师 于 1990 年代制作的珍稀茶品,透过比较品鉴,细味焙火、时间与仓储如何塑造岩茶的风味与韵味。其余茶品将于活动当天揭晓。

Featuring traditionally charcoal-roasted Wuyi Rock Tea from different eras, including a rare tea crafted by tea master Yao Yueming in the 1990s, this session explores how roasting, time and storage shape the flavour and character of Yancha. The remaining teas will be revealed during the session.

Journey through vintage Pu'er that has travelled from Hong Kong to Penang, where decades of careful preservation continue its story. Discover how time, storage and place leave their imprint on every cup.

数十年来持续走访传统茶店与茶产区,长期研究老茶文化、紧压茶及茶产业的发展脉络,持续探索茶与地方、人文及时代之间的关系,并致力于推动茶文化交流。

Tseng Chih-Hsien

Veteran media professional, tea culture researcher, and author of Stories from the Tea Chest: Taiwan's Traditional Tea Shops and The Circle and the Square: An In-Depth Exploration of Compressed Tea.

For decades, Tseng has documented traditional tea merchants and tea-producing regions, exploring aged tea culture, compressed teas, and the evolution of the tea industry. His work examines the enduring relationship between tea, people, place, and time while fostering a deeper appreciation of tea culture through research, writing, and education.
